Using Microsoft Windows Vista Online Print Wizard

How do I use the Online Print Wizard to order photo prints?

To use the Online Print Wizard to order prints of your digital photos, you need to do the following.

    Starting the Online Print Wizard
  1. From the Start Menu, click on Windows Photo Gallery.
  2. Select the photos for which you want to order prints. Click on 'Order Prints' from the Menu Bar on the top. This starts the Online Print Wizard.
  3. The message 'Downloading information from the internet is displayed' following which a list of companies is displayed. Select itasveer from the list and click on 'Send Pictures'.

  5. All the photos selected are shown in a Shopping Cart, where you can select different print sizes and prints' finish. There is also a column which indicates which print sizes are recommended based on your image resolution.
  6. If you wish, you can sign up for an itasveer account or log in to your existing one. This would ensure that the photos uploaded will be stored in your online account.
  7. After reviewing your order, click on 'Next'. You will be asked to enter a Shipping Address. If you have logged in you can access your Address Book. Click 'Next' after entering a Shipping Address.
  8. Your order is summarised on the following page. If you wish you can also add another address by following the link on this page.
  9. Click on 'Next' to be redirected to the payment gateway. This opens in a new window and is provided by CCAvenue, a VeriSign secured payment gateway.
  10. Upon successful payment, a confirmation screen is shown. The OPW window also changes to indicate the same. Click on 'Next' to start uploading your photos.
  11. Once your photos have been uploaded, your order will be fully received and you will receive a confirmation email. If at any stage the process is interrupted, your order will not be processed and your credit/debit card will not be charged.

Why don't I see 'itasveer' in the list of Providers?

You need to set your location as India to see itasveer in the list of providers. Set the location as India from Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings.

How do I redeem my free prints?

If you sign up from the Online Print Wizard you are entitled to 10 free 4" x 6" prints which can be redeemed till 15 days from the date of sign up.

  1. Upon sign up, you will receive a welcome mail from itasveer. There is a link in the email clicking on which credits your account with 10 Free Prints.
  2. Click on the link, a confirmation screen is shown and your account is credited with free prints.

What happens if the process is interrupted at any stage?

If the process is interrupted after the payment is made, such as during the upload process, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. However, if you have logged into your account, any photos that have been uploaded before the process is interrupted will be accessible via your account.

How can I track my order?

Upon successful completion of your order, you will be provided with an order ID. You can refer to this order ID and contact support@itasveer.com with any queries. In any case, we will send you emails notifying you of the receipt of the order, and when it is shipped.
If you have logged into your account, you can track your order from My Account --> Order History

What do I do if I wish to make changes to the order I have placed?

Please contact itasveer at support@itasveer.com if you want to make any changes to your order. Your order can either be cancelled or you can change the Shipping Address. However, nothing can be changed if your order has gone out for processing (typically between 6 - 24 hours of your order being placed).
